B-Complex
• Rich in:liver or whole grain cereal, or Brewer's yeast.
• Act in:providing the body with energy by converting carbohydrates into glucose.
Essential for fat and protein metabolism, normal functioning of nervous
system and for health of skin, hair, eyes, mouth, and liver.
• Aid in:constipation, burning feet, tender gums, burning and drying eyes, fatigue,
